Iran’s Foreign Minister says the 2015 nuclear deal can be revived If Tehran’s red lines are respected. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian also said that Iran will take the next step once it is sure about the full economic benefit of the agreement. He added, that Tehran has delivered its opinion on a proposal to the other parties, including the United States, through the EU coordinator. The top diplomat pointed out that Iran is awaiting a response that will determine the timing of a ministerial-level meeting to revive the accord. The U-S sent the deal into limbo, after unilaterally pulling out of it in 20-18, and re-imposing sanctions on Iran. The remaining signatories have held several rounds of talks in Vienna since April last year. Earlier this month, the EU proposed what it called the final draft to revive the landmark agreement. Iran has submitted its own assessment of the proposal which the U-S is currently studying.
