New Prime Minister-designate al-Kadhimi said that Iraqi sovereignty is a red line and he "will not ignore it."
"The future government of Iraq will serve the people with action and not words," Mustafa al-Kadhimi, who has been appointed by the Iraqi President to form the Iraqi cabinet, said on Thursday night.
