Tehran has slammed Israel after the regime’s foreign minister accused Iran of marching toward building a nuclear weapon. In a tweet, Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman said Israel is an outlaw regime sitting on illicit nukes and refusing to join the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Saeed Khatibzadeh said the regime nonetheless keeps threatening Iran, which is a signatory to the NPT and has the world’s most inspected nuclear program. He described the regime as a habitual extorter and the darling of the west. Khatibzadeh warned that Iran reserves the right to respond to Israel, referring to the regime’s threat to act against Tehran to stop its nuclear program.
